On behalf of Pearl Acoustics Ltd., we at Pearl Acoustics Distribution BV strive for every customer to be delighted with their purchase.  Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.  We understand that mistakes happen and that sometimes the product is just not right for your HiFi system or location.  If this happens, all you have to do is contact us by emailing us at enquiries@pearlacoustics.com and we will help you begin the return process.  Please read our Return Policy below as it outlines our Returns process and Warranty policy, including any exceptions.

Refund/Returns (Hassle Free)

If for any reason you decide that the products we supplied are not for you, send us an email at enquiries@pearlacoustics.com within 30 days after your purchase.  You are then allowed to send the item(s) back for a full refund on the product price. 

Because Sibelius loudspeakers are effectively custom made products and because we produce close-up, detailed photographs, with a video demonstrating the loudspeakers working, prior to customer acceptance and shipping, the outgoing and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.  

Pearl Acoustics Distribution BV recommends using DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS with valid tracking and insurance information.  Please retain all of your tracking information in case needed. 

Item(s) being returned must arrive in brand new condition, (in original boxes and packaging) showing no signs of wear and tear, damage, misuse, abuse and must be free of any scuffs, dings, cracks, odours, scrapes and any other imperfections.  If any discount or promotional coupons were used during checkout, you will receive a refund less the value of the promotional coupons. 

Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days after your return has been received and inspected by our return centre.  Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card or method of payment used.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Refunds are issued on qualified returns, and you may place a new order for the desired product. 

Exceptions

Product Not Returnable

Unless specifically agreed beforehand, returns are not allowed on ‘Custom requests’ (products which were produced especially for a customer; special colours or finishes etc.), discontinued or As-Is: scratch & dent, restocked items as noted. (Exclusions: item arrives damaged in shipping, defective or dead on arrival). 

Save the original box and all the packing material to ship the item back. Please remove any old shipping labels from the box.  

  • Pearl Acoustics Distribution BV does not provide any boxes or packaging material to send back returns.
  • A replacement item or refund will be shipped to you once the item being returned is received
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Abuse of Return Privileges – Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers never get stuck with something that is not right for them. Those who violate the spirit of our return policy by sending excessive returns may be subject to limitations or suspension of return privileges..

Warranty Returns

Pearl Acoustics Distribution BV will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 5 years for the drive units and cabinets.  All other products have a 2 year guarantee. Pearl Acoustics Distribution BV may ask for reasonable documentary evidence, prior to agreeing to take action, such as photos or video or sound recording illustrating the problem.  This is to save misunderstandings and to avoid unnecessary costs on either side. Unless agreed otherwise, and where appropriate (assuming the products cannot be repaired on location) customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse the shipping, upon successful warranty claim. 

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Pearl Acoustics Distribution BV to process your warranty claim within 7 days. 

Once your warranty claim is confirmed, we endeavour to see that you will receive the repaired item as soon as we can. Depending on the complexity, it may be within 20 working days for the drive units and 30 working days for the cabinets.
